I went for tire change off rims on Sat May 20th around 1 pm there was not a single car at the shop they told me I need an appointment for that. I said there is no one here you guys can do it but the staff refused.

I just wanted to say how great the service was from Nick and his Jiffy Lube Team on Hartzel Rd in St Catharine's. They helped solved an issue I had and also re torqued the lug nuts on my snow tires to ensure my tires were on safely and I had them put on somewhere else. It was nice to see the owner come out and speak with customers. Well done.
